Agita\u021bia din jur te obose\u0219te \u0219i te mobilizezi cu greu s\u0103 \u00ee\u021bi \u00eendepline\u0219ti sarcinile zilnice? \u00ce\u021bi este dificil s\u0103 te concentrezi la \u0219coal\u0103 sau la job \u0219i nu mai ai un somn odihnitor?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cele enumerate mai sus pot fi simptome de depresie \u0219i te pot afecta semnificativ \u00een plan personal, rela\u021bional\/social sau \u0219colar\/profesional.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Al\u021b\u00ed indicatori de depresie <\/strong>pot fi:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Faptul c\u0103 pl\u00e2ngi u\u0219or.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ai \u00eenceput s\u0103 te retragi \u00een singur\u0103tate departe de familie \u0219i prieteni.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Te sim\u021bi des obosit \u0219i lipsit de energie.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ai tot mai des sentimente de vinov\u0103\u021bie (din motive nejustificate) \u0219i crezi c\u0103 nu te vei sim\u021bi mai bine.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pofta de m\u00e2ncare \u021bi-a sc\u0103zut mult sau m\u0103n\u00e2nci excesiv.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Poate fi un cumul de motive pentru care sim\u021bi toate acestea: bagajul genetic (istoria familial\u0103), caracteristicile de personalitate, dezechilibrele neurochimice, evenimentele stresante, traumatice de via\u021b\u0103.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Printre factorii care declan\u0219eaz\u0103 \u0219i \u00eentre\u021bin frecvent simptomele depresive<\/strong> putem \u00eent\u00e2lni:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>H\u0103r\u021buirea de diverse tipuri &#8211;<\/strong> de c\u0103tre colegi, profesori, rude, alte persoane cu care rela\u021bionezi frecvent.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Comportamentele de h\u0103r\u021buire pot include b\u00e2rf\u0103, umilire, intimidare, jignire dar se poate ajunge \u0219i la comportamente de agresiune fizic\u0103 \u0219i distrugere a propriet\u0103\u021bii.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pentru un adolescent sau un t\u00e2n\u0103r h\u0103r\u021buirea poate fi o realitate a vie\u021bii de zi cu zi pe care nu \u0219tie sau nu poate s\u0103 o gestioneze eficient de unul singur. Atunci c\u00e2nd e\u0219ti supus, repetat, unor comportamente de h\u0103r\u021buire riscul de a dezvolta simptome depresive cre\u0219te. Probabilitatea cre\u0219te atunci c\u00e2nd nu ai fost \u00eenv\u0103\u021bat s\u0103 r\u0103spunzi \u0219i s\u0103 faci fa\u021b\u0103 \u00eentr-un mod s\u0103n\u0103tos la o situa\u021bie social\u0103 dificil\u0103 \u0219i nu te po\u021bi baza pe sprijinul unui adult.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Re\u021belele de socializare<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Majoritatea adolescen\u021bilor \u0219i tinerilor folosesc diverse re\u021bele de socializare pentru a comunica \u00eentre ei. Uneori, mediile sociale pot fi singura modalitate prin care unele persoane se pot str\u00e2nge \u00eempreun\u0103.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Acest tip de interac\u021biune poate s\u0103 aduc\u0103 beneficii prin faptul c\u0103 te ajut\u0103 s\u0103 r\u0103m\u00e2i \u00een contact cu al\u021bii, s\u0103 \u00eemp\u0103rt\u0103\u0219e\u0219ti valori \u0219i interese comune dar \u0219i aspecte despre tine.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Totu\u0219i, atunci c\u00e2nd sunt folosite \u00een exces \u0219i ca mijloc predominant de interac\u021biune pot avea efecte negative. Printre acestea: tulbur\u0103ri de somn, compara\u021bii (\u0219i a\u0219tept\u0103ri de la sine) nerealiste, senza\u021bia de presiune din partea celorlal\u021bi, sentimente de triste\u021be, izolare, lips\u0103 de valoare, inutilitate etc. Atunci c\u00e2nd petreci (prea) mult timp pe re\u021bele sociale riscul s\u0103 devii dependent de acest tip de interac\u021biune \u0219i de a dezvolta simptome depresive cre\u0219te.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Presiunea academic\u0103<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Din ce \u00een ce mai mult, succesul unui adolescent sau t\u00e2n\u0103r este apreciat prin prisma rezultatelor \u0219colare, academice dar \u0219i sportive sau extra\u0219colare. P\u0103rin\u021bii, profesorii, criteriile \u0219i standardele din diverse domenii sau organiza\u021bii formale sau informale \u0219i chiar adolescentul sau t\u00e2n\u0103rul \u00eensu\u0219i ajung s\u0103 pun\u0103 o presiune greu de suportat. Dac\u0103 te sim\u021bi constr\u00e2ns s\u0103 ob\u021bii rezultate c\u00e2t mai bune \u00een multe domenii \u0219i nu ai voie (sau nu \u00ee\u021bi dai voie) s\u0103 gre\u0219e\u0219ti, stresul devine cronic iar o consecin\u021b\u0103 negativ\u0103 este apari\u021bia depresiei.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Traumele<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Din ce \u00een ce mai mul\u021bi adolescen\u021bi sau tineri se confrunt\u0103, \u00eenc\u0103 din timpul copil\u0103riei, cu diverse forme de traume. Ei pot fi victime ale abuzului fizic, emo\u021bional, sexual sau neglijen\u021bei din partea persoanelor semnificative cu care interac\u021bioneaz\u0103 frecvent \u0219i \u00een care au \u00eencredere. Pentru c\u0103 sunt o categorie vulnerabil\u0103 \u0219i (\u00een special, \u00een timpul adolescen\u021bei) dependent\u0103 de adul\u021bii \u00een grija c\u0103rora se afl\u0103 &#8211; inclusiv profesori, prieteni ai p\u0103rin\u021bilor, rude &#8211; ei raporteaz\u0103 destul de rar situa\u021biile traumatizante la care sunt supu\u0219i, uneori ani \u00een \u0219ir.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dac\u0103 ai trecut printr-o traum\u0103 sau e\u0219ti expus, \u00een prezent, unei situa\u021bii traumatice consecin\u021bele asupra s\u0103n\u0103t\u0103\u021bii tale mintale pot fi severe, uneori greu de abordat \u0219i tratat.
