Asta nu \u00eenseamn\u0103 c\u0103 renun\u021bi sau te resemnezi \u0219i nu mai faci nimic pentru a te sim\u021bi mai bine.<br>Dac\u0103 accep\u021bi faptul c\u0103 \u00een via\u021b\u0103 este de a\u0219teptat s\u0103 ai parte \u0219i de stres nu te vei mai sim\u021bi disperat \u0219i neajutorat \u0219i \u00ee\u021bi vei putea folosi mai eficient resursele pentru a dep\u0103\u0219i perioadele stresante.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Mediteaz\u0103<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Exerci\u021biile de mindfulness sau medita\u021bie te pot ajuta s\u0103 te relaxezi astfel \u00eenc\u00e2t s\u0103 te po\u021bi concentra mai bine pe ce ai de f\u0103cut.
